The Future of Food Summit features the world’s leading organizations working to promote seed sovereignty and global seed conservation. You will learn how to select the best quality regionally adapted seeds, grow high-yielding crops, and preserve genetic diversity for more resilient food systems.

The biodiversity that underpins our food systems is disappearing – including all of the plants, animals, and microorganisms – putting the future of our food, livelihoods, health, and environment under severe threat. Today, 94% of our seed diversity has disappeared. Of the 6,000 plant species cultivated for food worldwide only nine account for the majority of total crop production, according to the U.N. Food and Agriculture Organization.

Join us and be a part of the global efforts to steward and preserve seed biodiversity helping ensure the world’s collective food security and health.

The Future of Food Summit features the global pioneers of the regenerative food growing movement working to build fertile soil. You will learn how to implement regenerative organic food growing systems including no-till, composting, and cover cropping.

Soil is the basis for all life. The world depends on the presence of topsoil to grow 95% of our food. Today, fertile topsoil is endangered. The United Nations predicts all of the world’s topsoil could be gone within 60 years if current rates of degradation continue. According to the Union of Concerned Scientists, “If soil continues to erode at current rates, U.S. farmers could lose a half-inch of topsoil by 2035—more than eight times the amount of topsoil lost during the Dust Bowl.”

Join us and be a part of the global efforts to regenerate soil.

The Future of Food Summit features dedicated farmers and gardeners who are committed to growing healthy, ethical, and sustainable food. You will learn about the importance of food sovereignty–people's right to healthy and culturally appropriate food produced through ecologically sound, regenerative, and sustainable methods.

Food is fundamental to our survival. Today, our industrialized food supply chain is not able to withstand and recover from crises and disruptions in a way that ensures accessible and affordable food security for all.

Join us and be a part of building a resilient food system.

The Future of Food Summit features the leading authorities in health, wellness, and nutrition who have dedicated their lives to researching the healing power of food. You will learn how to eat healthier food.

Studies have shown statistically reliable declines in the nutrient value of vegetables and fruits over the past half-century. Two billion people are affected by the hidden hunger epidemic wherein people are experiencing a life-altering nutrient deficiency. An additional two billion people are affected by chronic conditions such as heart disease and type-2 diabetes.

Join us and be a part of the global efforts to increase nutrient density in food and improve public health.
